Wobble is a social media platform designed specifically for creative and artists. It is a place where users can share their work, meet other artists, and discover new content to keep the wheel of imagination turning.

The Problem

Wobble fills a niche in the social media space that is currently lacking. Other platforms like Behance, Pinterest, and Instagram are either too corporate, filled with slop, or are not focused enough on creatives. Wobble seeks to be a home for artists that is not necessarily focused on getting a job, but is a little more casual and open.

Design Strategy

Wobble was designed to feel natural, intuitive, and familiar. It features several methods of discovery, most notably a Pinterest-like explore page. Users can create custom moodboards, and arrange posts on a freeform canvas. For meeting others, see the Workshop page, which semi-randomly matches you with another artist to get feedback on a project, chat about one another’s work, or simply grow your network.

Brand Assets

Wobbles the Penguin is the face of the Wobble brand. He is meant to represent the platform's ethos of looseness, imperfection, and charm. The interface’s typography would be the system font, so in the case of iOS, SF Pro. Colors are mostly monochrome, with purple accents wherever needed.
